Kevin Kalla Youth Programs Coordinator kalla@spnn.org 651-361-8141 |
Kevin Kalla coordinates two wonderful programs at SPNN: Set It Up and the Youth Intern Program. Kevin has lived in Minnesota since 2001, but spent the first sixteen years of his life traveling overseas. He moved to Minnesota to attend Macalester College, where he majored in Communications and studied the intersection between critical theory and the media. Between starting as an AmeriCorps member at SPNN in 2005 and becoming Youth Programs Coordinator in 2010, Kevin worked as a freelance video producer, taught youth media classes, and developed a youth program at a not-for-profit community bike shop. Outside of work, Kevin's interests include photography, cooking, bike camping, and sea creatures. |
