Neighborhood Video Project: Higher Ground Academy's "Community Views"

This short piece combines their street photography and on-the street interviews with Saint Paul residents who were asked,"What is the one thing you would change about your community?" "Community Voices" not only captures the voice of people being interviewed, but presents it from the perspective of Higher Ground Academy youth producers. Photos and Interviewees encompass a range of topics, but often highlight the effects of the Central Corridor lightrail construction and University Avenue in transition.
