Market - A Home in the Hills - The Animals of LoveTree Farmstead

Project:

LoveTree Farmstead, owned by Dave and Mary Falk, is famous for it's raw milk, cave-aged cheese; a tradition at the St. Paul Farmers' Market. Located in the lush woodland hills of northern Wisconsin, the Falk farmstead makes artisan cheese with milk from their sheep and cattle. Market host Emily Noble traveled up north to see these happy, milk-giving grazers and the guardian dogs that protect them from wolves, coyotes and bears.
