January 28, 2012. Saint Paul, MN Hosted by 2009 Minneapolis Aquatennial Commodore Thomas Lasalle, and 2009 Queen of the Lakes Tara Litwinchuck, Miss Maple Grove, MN. This parade is organized yearly by the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation.
