Congratulations to the 2011 SPNN Youth Interns for putting together a wonderful documentary showcase! Over the past 7 weeks, participants in the Youth Intern Program (YIP) have learned video production skills and engaged with their communities.

The YIP application deadline of May 1st, has now passed.  Thank you to all St. Paul youth who applied!  We will be reviewing applications and interns will be selected by June 11th.  Please note that due to the number of applicantions we receive, we are not personally able to reply to all applicants.

SPNN Youth Producers featured in TC Daily Planet!

On March 29th, two SPNN Youth producers along with SPNN Youth staff attended the Represent! Youth Video screening at the Weisman Art Museum. The screening featured six videos produced by youth at SPNN. After the screening, SPNN Youth producers Kenny Bankhead and Anders Lee sat down to talk with Lisa Peterson de la Cueva of the TC Daily Planet to talk about their work.
