C-SPAN's StudentCam is an annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think seriously about issues that affect our communities and our nation. Students are asked to create a short (5-8 minute) video documentary on a topic related to a specfic theme.
This year's theme is: “Message to the President: What’s the most important issue the president should consider in 2013?”
All winning entries receive a digital video camera!
Who: The University of Minnesota Human Rights Center is seeking Twin Cities students grades 8-12 who are interested in making a video about human rights issues. Participants may work individually or as a team.
