Great deals for new members during the SPNN Membership Drive

Whether you want to share your church service, make a documentary or short film, create an ongoing television show, or express your political opinion - SPNN is the place for you. We offer affordable, accessible classes for both the novice media maker and the more experienced individual.
Right now, it’s especially affordable to join SPNN. If you become a member from now until November 15, you’ll receive 50 percent off your first class! Memberships start as low as $20 and classes cost between $15 and $30.
Our Access Center has three digital edit suites, a professional four camera studio, field cameras, portable sound and lighting gear, and a wide array of knowledge to share. Once you have produced your program, share it with the St. Paul community via our channels and website.
To help you get started, we offer basic classes in camera, editing, studio, and lights. Already have your own editing system or camera? Take one of SPNN’s more advanced workshops. We have upcoming workshops on interview lighting, field audio, advanced editing techniques, documentary research, copyrights, narrative film, citizen journalism, and more. You can find our complete list of classes on the calendar.
To find out more about SPNN, our classes, and how you can use our center to make your own media, visit us during our St. Paul Art Crawl Open House on Oct. 12 from 6-8 PM. We are located in Lowertown on the corner of 6th and Jackson. SPNN Members will be on-hand to demonstrate editing, cameras, and the studio. SPNN board members and staff will also be present to help you learn how to get invovled. Plus, be entered for two chances to win a $25 gift card to Golden’s Deli- one will be given away during the Open House, and one will go to a new member who signs up during the Membership Drive.
SPNN is here to help you amplify your voice in the community. Come find out how!
