SPNN Youth Programs provides opportunities for Saint Paul youth to create community-engaged media from a youth perspective. Our programs reach youth most affected by the digital divide; including low income youth, youth of color, new immigrant youth, differently-abled youth, and youth from other marginalized communities. We focus on building video production skills, increasing community awareness, and supporting emerging youth media makers.
