As a Youth Media Leader for SPNN’s Community Productions, I was able to observe the  SPNN Production Crew produce five new “Conversations with Al McFarlane” episodes in mid-July, that will begin airing in the beginning of August. Each episode had an in-depth conversation on issues from politics to workforce inclusion.

Throughout the production of Market, the crew has been traveling far and wide to visit local farmers and learn about their production processes.

Market: Chef Lenny Russo's Shell Pea-Mint Sauce

1 pt. shell peas, shucked  

1 pt. court-bouillon

1 c. sunflower or grape seed oil

1 c. fresh mint leaves

1 c.  fresh Italian parsley leaves

1 t.  sea salt

½ t. white pepper, freshly ground

Watch St. Paul Winter Carnival highlights on SPNN

The St. Paul Winter Carnival has made it's annual return with a full schedule of events to delight and entertain you. Whether you want to relive the magic you experienced in person, or you find yourself unable to attend every activity, don't fret. Many of the Carnival's favorite events will be broadcast on SPNN.
