Throughout the production of Market, the crew has been traveling far and wide to visit local farmers and learn about their production processes.

Earlier this month we premiered our new web series, Market, featuring the best of local food at the Saint Paul Farmers' Market. During the production thus far, we've traveled great distances and met many fascinating people. You'll meet many of them each week on Market.

As part of our new web series Market, we're giving you delicious recipes that you can make with food purchased at the Saint Paul Farmers' Market. You will need:

Leftover cooked asparagus (~1/4 cup)

3 eggs

3 strips bacon

Green onions or onion chives (~3, diced)

Havarti cheese

The St. Paul Winter Carnival has made it's annual return with a full schedule of events to delight and entertain you. Whether you want to relive the magic you experienced in person, or you find yourself unable to attend every activity, don't fret. Many of the Carnival's favorite events will be broadcast on SPNN.
