Change your Facebook settings to continue to see SPNN & SPNN Youth posts
We love sharing our latest content with you on Facebook. It's the best way to see when new videos and announcements are posted, as well as the inside scoop on many of our day to day activities. Facebook has made some changes recently that may greatly decrease the likelihood of you seeing much of our posted content in your news feed, even if you're a fan of all of our pages. However, this change in how Facebook ranks posts can be easily overidden by taking advantage of a new feature called interest lists.
This new feature builds views similar to pinterest by letting you to categorize your liked pages within lists such as news, entertainment, shopping, recipes, etc. By including our SPNN, SPNN Youth, and CTEP pages in your interest lists, you can continue to see all of our posts. Facebook users who are not utilizing interest lists will see, on average, only about 10% of page posts in their news feed.
To add our pages to an interest list: visit our page, click the arrow/gear button in the top right corner of the page (see image), click "add to interest lists," pick the list you'd like to add the page to and you're subscribed! If you do not have any exisiting interest lists, Facebook will prompt you to create one.
We want to keep you in the know about all the exciting new developments here at SPNN, and Facebook is the timliest way to deliver our news. We hope you'll follow these simple steps to stay connected with us. Check out this article to learn more about the new Facebook algorithm and how to maintain your reach with friends and fans.
