Community Productions creates new PSAs for local organizations

For the last several years, SPNN’s Community Productions team has been regularly creating original public service announcements for Twin Cities non-profits. Working with both new and existing community partners, our team of production professionals craft high quality videos that are aired on our channels and uploaded to the web. Non-profits are welcome to use these PSAs however best suits them.

Carol Critchley, one of our Community Productions producers, recently worked with six local organizations to create PSAs. “A lot of the organizations we work with have very tough budgets,” Carol said “and SPNN can help get their message out without having to spend any money. It’s a community service.”

We’ve been really impressed with the range of organizations coming to work with us, all guided by diverse missions. From the Minnesota African American Museum to the National Alliance for Mental Illness, these are organizations doing powerful, vital work. “It all comes back to community, no matter what they’re doing,” Carol added.

If you represent an organization that would like to produce a PSA with SPNN, please contact Carol at Critchley@spnn.org, or keep an eye on our website for an announcement next time we’re working on PSAs.
