St. Paul Neighborhood Network is located in downtown Saint Paul, MN in the Agribank Building near Lowertown.  We are on the corner of Jackson, between 5th and 6th Streets in downtown St. Paul.  Administrative, Production and Youth offices are located on the Skyway level.  Our Studio and Access Center is located on the ground floor in suite 170.

Parking at SPNN

There is free, two-hour parking in our surface parking lot; enter on 6th Street. Street parking is free in St. Paul after 4:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and all day Sunday. We are also located near Metro Transit lines.

The Administration office is open during business hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Community Technology Empowerment Project

Our Community Technology Empowerment Project is located in Saint Paul's Midway area on Raymond and University Avenue.
